5th Grade Supply List

All Students need:

• 2 one-subject spiral notebooks (Blue & Green)

• 1 2’ binder

• 1 pack of tab dividers (at least 4 tabs) 

• 2 pocket folder (Blue & Green)

• 3 boxes sharpened pencils

• pencil box/case 

• Crayons/markers/colored pencils (not all are needed)

• Personal headphones (Please no expensive pairs! We are not responsible for them if lost/stolen)

Classroom Consumables

• Glue sticks

• Highlighters (pink and yellow)

• Sticky notes

• Dry erase markers (thick and thin)

• Tape (scotch/clear)

• Scissors

Classroom Contributions:

(If you are able to send in one or more of these, it would be appreciated.)

• Paper towels

• Tissues

• Ziploc sandwich or gallon bags

• Band-Aids

• Disinfecting wipes

• Blue tape (painter’s tape)
