Cultural Connections


Cultural Connections is a project that highlights different cultures and traditions each month.  For the month of March we are continuing Black History month.  Students will understand the historical events and important people in Black history in the US and around the world.

Myster Reader Day at WHES
Witchcraft Heights Elementary School hosted a Mystery Reader Day on Wednesday, March 13th. Each of the 28 classes had a surprise guest reader. Among the visiting readers were SPS district administrators, WHES principals, the Collins Middle School Principal, teachers, member of both the Salem Police and Fire Departments, the mayor, parents, and other community members.
